Bollywood actor Aarya Babbar is really excited about his new role in Farah Khan's upcoming flick "Tees Maar Khan", which will hit theatre son Dec 24.
The 28-year-old actor will be seen playing the role of a village inspector in "Tees Maar Khan".
Earlier, the son of veteran actor and politician Raj Babbar played a criminal in Madhur Bhandarkar's "Jail".
He said, "I'm extremely excited about shooting for 'Tees Maar Khan' as it's my first time at comedy and being directed by Farah Khan. It's funny that in 'Jail', I played a convict and in 'Tees Maar Khan' I play an inspector? life has its own screenplay I say."
"But it's a great feeling as I am trying different genres and this is definitely going to be a step ahead in my career," he added.
Aarya, who played Aishwarya Rai's brother in "Guru", said he is having happy working with Farah, who is also co-producing the film together with the flick's lead actor Akshay's Hari Om Productions,.
He also said, "Farah is a chilled out and a complete actor's director. All in all she is an absolute delight to work with," he said.
Besides, Aarya is set to turn author and visualizer for a mythical comic book series, tentatively titled Pushpak Vimaan, for Liquid Comics. (With Input from Agencies)
