Bhoomi Infrastructure to set up Rs 300 crore housing project in PanchkulaMumbai based company Bhoomi Infrastructure has decided to build an integrated housing project at Panchkula, in Haryana.

The company has estimated capital outlay of Rs 300 crore for the proposed project which will be set up within coming three years.

To be set up on 17 acres of land, the housing project will be equipped with total 1000 housing units post completion with five types of apartments entailing one bedroom of 699 square feet, 895 sq feet, 1100 sq feet, 1478 sq feet and 1915 sq feet.

The sources said that the company has fixed a price tag of Rs 2550 per square feet for the sale of housing apartments. The price of apartment would begin from Rs 17.5 lakh to maximum of Rs 48 lakh per unit.

While addressing the conference, Mr Virender Gandhi, managing director of Bhoomi Infrastructure, stated, "We are basically targeting middle class people who like to be part of the housing project which will offer them all types of facilities at a very reasonable pricing."

According to the company, the housing complex would have international class of facilities including club, restaurant, gym, hall, mini theatre, guest rooms, power backup, sport facilities, primary schools and shops.

Home Buyers are looking at the project as a great opportunity to own an aparment in Panchkula. Within couple of days of the announcement of its introduction, the company has received over 150 bookings.
