Noida (Uttar Pradesh) [India], Mar.8 :'IoT WoRKSTM by HCL', the Internet of Things (IoT) business unit of HCL Technologies, has announced the launch of IoT Maturity framework titled, "IoT Maturity: Bridging the Gap Between Devices and Value", as seen in MIT Sloan Management Review.

This Executive Scholar Exchange (ESE) provides a roadmap for large enterprises for IoT-led business transformation and how to exponentially increase the value derived from IoT investments.

Among the key findings of this framework are the three stages of enterprise-IoT maturity:

Maturity level 1: Process efficiency using IoT-enabled data

LIC picks up nearly half of HCL shares put on offer State-owned insurer Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) purchased nearly half the shares sold by the Hindustan Copper Ltd to offload 5.58 per cent stake.

As per stats revealed by stock exchanges, LIC purchased 2.25 crore shares from the total 5.16 crore shares offered by HCL during its disinvestment. LIC now owns 2.83 per cent stake in HCL, which has a total public float of 5.99 per cent.

Following the disinvestment, the number of public investors in the state-owned copper miner jumped to 26 from the original 7.

In a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the state-run copper producer said, "Government of India has informed BSE that the floor price for the sale shall be... Rs 155 per equity share of Hindustan Copper."
