Cyber crimes could be solved via new website launched by Vaghela

Sunny-VaghelaBy the end of this month, Sunny Vaghela, a cyber expert will unveil a website, dubbed cybersuraksha. org - under an NGO, CyberSuraksha, on the model of police public networking in Rajasthan. This site will help the victims of cyber crime, whose email account has been hacked to abuse other users or whose company's data has been hacked.

As per Vaghela, "This website is dedicated to solving cyber crimes and create awareness about it."

Vaghela is an expert in the art of cracking codes and gathering information from servers based in other cities.

The police department has been helped quite a lot by him in solving cyber cases, as he provided them with exact time and locations. Vaghela's biggest success was to trace the origin of the terror email sent by Indian Mujahideen minutes before the Ahmedabad serial blasts on July 26, 2008 and played a fundamental role in investigation of the same.

Training in 10 engineering colleges of the city has been delivered by Vaghela, with the aim of preparing a force of ethical hackers to expose the web fraudsters.

The NGO which is supposed to be activated from the last week of March, will be the first of its kinds.

Even the anti-terrorist squad, Mumbai asked for his assistance to acquire information on terror outfits based in Pakisthan in connection with 26/11 Mumbai attacks probe.
