India-based Business Processing Unit, Firstsource has announced that it will set up a new contact centre in Fountain Court, Middlesbrough, UK. It has also informed that it is going to employ over 500 people at this new contact centre.

However, the BPO firm Firstsource has two other contact centres in UK. These centres are at Belfast and Londonderry. It has employ over1, 900 employees in these centres collectively.

Jt. Managing Director& CEO of Firstsource, Mr. Matthew Vallance has said that the company is very excited to have its expansion at UK. He has expressed his contentment over the latest phase of expansion.

The location will be Middlesbrough and this particular location will be a highly complimentary location for them as per Vallance. He has also said that there has been a huge growth in UK in terms of business opportunity, hence the company has decided to nave a new centre for its UK and international operation.

According to him, this will undoubtedly provide its clients to greater variety of operational facilities and talent.
