The recent reports thrown in by the health departments state that gastroenteritis cases are coming along with Swine Flu.

The monsoon adds to the interest of flu where several cases of gastroenteritis and Swine flu came out.

It was from Jalandhar, Lovepreet Singh became the first victim of HIN1 virus in Punjab this year.

Throwing light on this matter it was stated that people who were reported of suffering from gastroenteritis, were offered isolation rooms instead of those who are H1N1 patients.

A representative from the health department said that necessary roadmaps have been laid in order to cope with any sort of emergency. Hospitals have also made arrangements in order to deal with the situation.

In regard of this matter the nodal officer of National Integrated Surveillance Department, Deepak Bhatia said, "All districts have been informed and given directions to get ready for necessary arrangements."
