A petition filed by one Zahid Hussain Malik accuses General Musharraf of disseminating subversion of the Constitution by appointing the PCO's after dismissing superior judges including the Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.

Tseng's father Tseng Mao-hsin on Wednesday confirmed a news report from the United Daily News that lack of respect for the sport in her home country, and not money, has prompted the move.

Having provided a 100 million dollar settlement to ex-wife Laura Andrassy, Norman will tell in an interview on Channel Nine's 60 minutes how his ex-wife restricted the friends he was able to keep.

"You know, it''s an amazing thing when a certain amount of burden is taken off your back, a certain amount of freedom is given back to you," the Daily Telegraph quotes Norman, as saying.

Kiwi golf sensation wins Australian classic

Danny LeeWellington - New Zealand amateur Danny Lee elbowed the professionals aside Sunday to win the Johnnie Walker Classic in the west coast Australian city of Perth.

Lee, 18, claimed victory by one stroke in an event co-sanctioned by the European, Asian and Australasian tours.

Lee is the reigning United States amateur champion, and with his win in Perth became the youngest player to win on the European tour and only the second amateur to do so.
