New device will help you to sleep naturally

The new device developed by Kate Evans will help people to get sound sleep without help of sleeping pills. The new device is known as Lightsleeper. Kate developed this device, when she was at Central Lancashire University, to tackle her own problem of sleep. The new device uses a soothing blue light that moves across the ceiling.
One in four Americans wakes every night due to insomnia

London, June 23 : A new study has revealed that one in every four stressed Americans suffers from insomnia, and women are the most affected.
The study on more than 9,000 adults found that one in three person wakes up in the middle of the night at least three times a week.
It showed that 27 per cent of women wake up every night, compared to 19 per cent of men following financial fears, family arguments or problems at work.
