New device will help you to sleep naturally

Many studies have shown that lack of sleep can contribute in triggering various health problems. The number of people suffering from problems related to sleep is increasing. Many people can’t go to bed without taking a sleeping pill.

The new device developed by Kate Evans will help people to get sound sleep without help of sleeping pills. The new device is known as Lightsleeper. Kate developed this device, when she was at Central Lancashire University, to tackle her own problem of sleep. The new device uses a soothing blue light that moves across the ceiling.

Evans revealed that during her university days she was troubled badly by insomnia. She could only sleep three hours a night. At that time she realized that so many people suffer from this problem hence decided to find a way to tackle it.

Evans said: "It moves your eyes along a line, relaxing your brain. This helps you drift off. It's the first device that offers a simple, drug-free and natural way of falling asleep for those who find it hard."
