London, Feb 3 : A laser that zaps away fat cells instantly has been invented by scientists.

Thanks to the painless treatment, patients can drop two dress sizes in just two weeks – and that too sans exercising or dieting.

Zerona costs 1,000 pounds for six 40-minute sessions, reports The Sun.

Its working: a laser passes over the skin and ruptures fat cells, which are expelled from the body.

Tatiana Karelina, who runs the Laser Lounge in Kensington, West London, said: "It''s the invention every woman has been waiting for."

The FDA, US safety regulator, found the average patient lost 3.64 inches from the waist, hips, and thighs. Some lost 9ins. (ANI)
