London, Oct 9 - A teenage girl, who was given to watching pornography, allegedly broke into a neighbour's home and stole items so that she could pay for her addiction.

Amanda Owens, 18, was allegedly caught after Darin Pake, 44, who had previously hired her as a babysitter, set up a surveillance camera, the Daily Mail reported.

Pake took the step of installing a surveillance camera after noticing several items missing from his home in St Paul, Minnesota.

Over the course of two days, his camera, brief case, and a jar of money had gone. To stop anything else from disappearing, he opted to install a video camera to check where his things were going.

The footage showed his 18-year-old neighbour Amanda Owens crawling into his house from a doggy door. The tape showed Owens wandering around the house Monday and rummaging through Pake's things for 20 minutes.

Pake called up police. Owens, admitted to breaking in and stealing things in order to pay off debts from her porn addiction. (IANS)
