People who spend more time at job have relatively lesser amount time to exercise, relax and unwind. They remain in more stress always. Often they are found nervous, or having sadness. A career or success oriented person will always behave aggressively. They show signs of irritation or anger when things don't go according to their will. These are harmful to the heart as well as brain.
