Sita and Gita were conjoined twins, daughters of  daily wagers, Subhash Mukhiya and Nirmala Devi, had been separated a month back and had finally completed their hospital ordeal and are ready to go back to their home early next week.

CEO, Batra Hospital and Research Centre, Dr Sanjeev Bagai said that twins had to experience a day long surgery a month back and will be discharged from the hospital sometime next week.

He said that girls have recovered their health and are ready to make a leave from the hospital.

Doctors told that these twins were born with common intestinal and urinary tracts. They also shared some part of their pelvises, spines, hipbones and legs with each other.
