Parents Should Enforce Good Habits In Kids Before The Age Of 13Before the age of 13, kids should be enforced healthy lifestyle habits by parents, researchers from University of the Basque Country said.

Drinking wine and junk food consumption are seen to be the prime amongst females and youngsters aged between 19 and 26 and it should be observed and annihilated even in the early years.

Marta Arrue and fellow workers analyzed 2,018 youngsters from the CAV-EAE.

She studied life habits according to the sex and age. The study participants were aged between 13 to 17 and from 18 to 26.

Arrue's research disclosed that the least healthy habits became eating ones, accompanied by sedentarism, intake of alcohol, use of tobacco, involving sexual relations, taking drugs and lastly low quality or inadequate sleep.

Arrue reasoned out her research with the saying that the attention of parents to be paid to teens of 16 years, the age in which either vigorous activities are opted for or risk behavior patterns take place.

She also said that factors of risk tend to be connected simultaneously, although strong behavior also and she added that aside from the psychological issue, that the ethnical and monetary factors should be reckoned.

The outcomes showed that teenagers with good lifestyle habits have higher self-pride, better psychosomatic wellbeing, greater pleasure with their bodies and fewer psychopathological indicators.
