Hyundai Motor India, India's second-largest carmaker has announced that the company has posted 54% decent growth in domestic passenger car sales in July at 23,193 units.
In a similar month of previous fiscal, company's domestic passenger car sales figure stood at 15,066 units.
In separate release, the company has informed that its cumulative sales (including exports) during July grew by 25.98% at 45,543 units compared with 36,152 units in the same month a year ago.
Company's exports during the review month accounted for 22,350 units, up 5.99% as compared to 21,086 units during the same month previous year.
According to sources, the conglomerate has sold 41,779 units of hatchbacks Santro, Getz Prime, i10 and i20, 3,720 units of Accent and Verna and 44 units of Sonata Transform during July.
