I’m Very Irritating Actor, Says Mithun Chakraborty         Veteran superstar Mithun Chakraborty has described himself as an ‘irritating’ actor.

The 58-year-old actor, who has won three national awards, confessed that he kept on asking questions to the directors till the time he get satisfied.

“I am very irritating actor. I keep on asking questions until I get satisfied with the answers because when you play a certain character you need to learn every aspect of it and it can be difficult for directors,” multilingual star said.

Multilingual star was in New Delhi to promote his upcoming flick ‘Zor Lagaa Ke...Haiya’.

His loving son Mimoh Chakraborty was also with him. In the film, Mithun plays a national-award winning sculptor who lives as a vagabond.

The underlying message of the film is "save mother earth".

The original disco dancer also said that the trickiest task for him was getting make-up.

"It was an absolute torture for me. I sport only one robe in the film and a wig and a bushy beard which weighs around 1.5 kg and was put through a lot of gum. I could eat only after 14 hours of shooting. I was allowed to drink water with only a straw, which was very irritating," he said.

Before releasing in India, “Zor Lagaa Ke...Haiya!” has traveled to different film occasions. Moreover, it has bagged four international awards at the Mexico, Houston, Big Island (Hawaii) and Las Vegas film festivals.

Directed by Girish Girija Joshi, the star cast of the film includes Mithun Chakraborty, Seema Biswas, Mahesh Manjrekar, Sachin Khedekar, Gulshan Grover, Riya Sen and five child actors (Ashwin Chitale, Meghan Jadhav, Ayesha Kaduskar, Hardik Thakkar and Ritvik Tyagi).

Recently, Mithun also shot a promotional video for the film and teamed up with Riya Sen in it.

While commenting upon Mimoh’s career, he said, “He is a very good dancer and learning his skills as an actor. So what if the first film didn't work? He has a long way to go and fight a long battle.”

Apart from Zor Lagaa Ke..., the forthcoming projects of the star comprise Veer, Luck, Zindagi Tere Naam, Phir Kabhi, Chal Chalein and an untitled film with Mimoh.
