Intex launched iBuddy Connect tablet in IndiaIntex Technologies has announced the launch of its new Intex iBuddy Connect tablet computer in the Indian market aimed at young users in the country.

As part of the introductory offer, the company is offering exclusive leather cover and an attached keyboard worth Rs 1,500 without any cost. The 7-inch SIM-based tablet runs the Android version 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich and is powered by a 1GHz processor with 512MB of DDR3 RAM.

The tablet has 4GB internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB through a microSD slot. It has a .0 megapixel camera at the back along with a VGA camera on the front allowing users to make video calls through the tablet computer. The tablet has a 3000 mAh lithium Ion battery for extended battery life.

As for internet options, the users can access 3G dongles, GSM SIM support, Wi-Fi or LAN on the ultra slim tablet that supports 5-point touch capabilities. It has HDMI support allowing users to connect it to any high definition TV that the built-in Bluetooth support enables easy data transfer with other devices.

The company is offering several popular app such as Nimbuzz, Skype, Facebook, India Today and Aaj Tak preloaded on the tablet.

The Intex iBuddy Connect, which is available in white and chocolate colors, comes with a price tag of just Rs 7,990 in India.
