Joggers Can Enjoy An Active Sex Life

Want to liven up your sexual life? Then start running, as a new research suggested that runners have more alive sex lives as compare to those who don't run.

One in 10 runners said they have sex at least once a day and 3% of joggers said they have sex two times a day. Amongst non-joggers 25 percent said they bedded once a month or less.

The study comprising 1,000 joggers and 1,000 non- joggers, conducted by healthcare charity Sue Ryder Care, also discovered that one in 10 male joggers confessed to thinking of sexual activity while working out.

In comparison, just 5% women said they think of sexual practice while jogging and around half spend their time thinking about how the work out is profiting them.

The survey also discovered that a quarter of runners admitted going running to help them trifle with the opposite sex in a trend branded as 'flunning'.

Over a third stated that they have managed to start a discussion with someone of the opposite sex while jogging.

Laura Savory, running and events manager at Sue Ryder Care, said, "Last year runners raised over 500,000 pounds for Sue Ryder Care so we wanted to find out what motivates people to run." (With Input from Agencies)
