Katz Aims To Win A National Award

Katrina Kaif After depicting true glimpses of performance in 2009's megahit 'New York', Katrina Kaif is now aspiring to surprise her buffs with an electrifying character in her upcoming movie 'Raajneeti'

The news is that Katrina Kaif has told Prakash Jha, director of her forthcoming movie 'Raajneeti', to give her some spectacular scenes in the flick with the intention that she can enhance her likelihoods at the national awards.

A source on the sets of 'Raajneeti' in Bhopal said, "Katrina is very keen on winning a National Award. She doesn't seem to hanker after the rest of the awards, but yes, on the sets she often mentioned that winning the National Award would mean the world to her."

Even though the London beauty is the only female protagonist in the film's all-male cast including multi-talented Ajay Devgan, versatile Nana Patekar, talented Manoj Bajpai, hot Ranbir Kapoor, long-legged Arjun Rampal and Darshan Jariwala, she isn't taking the character lightly.

On this, the actress said, "The script of the film is exactly as it was. And I certainly don't think I'm winning the National Award."

It seems like Katrina is ready to make herself known in Bollywood for not only her hot looks but also her acting skills.
