London, June 13 : Britain's former Foreign Secretary, David Miliband, has denied that he is plotting to depose his brother Ed as Labour leader.
David and his allies were accused of creating negative propaganda to undermine Ed Miliband.
Friends of David claimed that he was `waiting for his brother to fail' so that he could make a second bid for the Labour leadership.
David, who lost out to his younger brother following a bitter battle for the Labour leadership last year, however denied all allegations.
"I have moved on from the leadership election and so should everyone else. Ed won, I stand fully behind him and so should everyone else. I called for unity last October and I repeat that now," the Daily Mail quoted him, as saying.
Despite his denial statement, a member of the Shadow Cabinet admitted to hatching a conspiracy against Ed, who is currently facing growing discontent from Labour MPs over his failure to set out a clear strategy and narrative.
Another senior figure warned that Labour needed to be `doing better than we are'. (ANI)
