Islamabad, Jan 19 : Pakistan's Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that Pakistani-American businessman Mansoor Ijaz has not been granted a visa to return to the country for attending the Memo Gate probe.

His statement comes amid reports that Ijaz was expected to arrive in Pakistan on January 24, after receiving a visa.

Malik said that Ijaz had contacted the embassy in Switzerland to seek a visa but had not yet submitted an application in this regard, The Nation reports.

He had earlier been assured by the Pakistan that it would provide him with complete security during his stay. (ANI)
