Shimla, Feb 11 - After a two day lull, Himachal Pradesh's popular tourist destinations of Shimla and Manali are in line for more snow, a weatherman here said Saturday.
A fresh bout of western disturbance will remain active in the state till Feb 13, said the weather office, with chances of heavy rain and snow at some places in the state.
He said chances of snow in and around Shimla and Manali are high. Both Shimla and Manali experienced moderate snow Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Keylong in Lahaul and Spiti district was the coldest town in the state with a low of minus 15.4 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperatures in Shimla and Manali were 1.4 degrees and minus 3.2 degrees, respectively.
Kalpa, some 250 km from Shimla, saw the night temperature at minus 7.2 degrees Celsius, while it was 1.5 degrees in Dharamsala.(IANS)
