New Delhi, Feb 12 - It was a bright, pleasant Sunday morning for the capital with the minimum temperature settling at 9.2 degrees Celsius, a notch below the average for the season. The met department forecast light rain in parts of the city later in the day.
"The sky will be partly cloudy towards the evening. Light rain or thundery development is expected in some parts of the city," said an official from India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum temperature recorded Saturday was 21.8 degrees Celsius, a notch below the average for the season.
"Maximum and minimum temperature will hover around 23 and 11 degrees Celsius Sunday," added the official.
Humidity recorded at 8.30 a. m. was 82 percent. (IANS)
