LPG prices fall in Pakistan
Islamabad, Feb 12 - The prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) fell by about Rs. 3 to about Rs. 128 per kilogram in the country.
Chairman of All Pakistan LPG Distributors Association Abdul Hadi Khan said the marketing companies have slashed their profits to boost demand.
Pakistani boy jailed for stealing kite
Islamabad, Feb 12 - Tearful pleas of a 14-year-old Pakistani boy for forgiveness fell on deaf ears after a court handed him a prison sentence for stealing a kite.
"Please give me pardon, I will never touch a kite, my annual paper is on tomorrow," Arsalan pleaded.
Seven dead in Peshawar blast
Islamabad, Feb 12 - Seven people died in an explosion in northwest Pakistan's Peshawar city, a media report said Sunday.
The blast took place in a house next to Kohat road. Three others were injured.
