Seoul, May 18 : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday expressed his gratitude to the Indian community in South Korea for the warm welcome accorded to him on his arrival in Seoul.

The Prime Minister took to twitter to share his thoughts.

Seoul, May 18 - Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to Korean veterans at the Seoul National Cemetery on Monday morning.

The Prime Minister, who travelled straight to the cemetery from the airport, also laid a wreath to honour the memory of the veterans buried there.

Ministry of External Affairs official spokesperson Vikas Swarup took to twitter to share the information.

Seoul, May 18 - Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Seoul on Monday morning for the final leg of his three-nation tour.

At the airport, the Prime Minister, who was received by the South Korea Vice Foreign Minister, shook hands with members of the Indian community, who greeted him with enthusiasm amid chants of "Modi, Modi".
