We never really knew that Leo was ever married and was having kids! If reports are to be believed, a woman going by the name of Livia Bistriceanu is under the illusion that the maverick actor is her hubby. Wait there is more; she also thinks that she is pregnant with his child.

According to TMZ, Leo was recently awarded a restraining order against this delusional woman. The woman claims that she is carrying Leo’s child, Jesus. The woman also expressed her love for the movie star in a handwritten letter that was produced in the court as a piece of evidence.

As you can already see, the woman is missing a few nuts and bolts up there and Leo was justified in procuring restraining order before things got ugly. Leo went on the record saying that the woman tries to make physical contact with him disregarding all the consequences for her actions.

This has been perhaps a big stalker week for leo, as he is currently involved in another legal battle with Aretha Wilson, woman who assaulted him with a glass slice 5 years back. Wilson is behind the bars and Bistriceanu might face similar consequences if she is not careful about her actions.
