Washington, Oct 20 : Britney Spears might be heading for some cheerful news soon, with Kevin Federline’s attorney saying that the singer might be one step closer towards regaining the rights to visit her kids

Earlier this week, the singer's visitation time with her two young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, was suspended after she failed to comply with a court order.
Since then, Spears has made amends and complied with the part of the court order in question.
And now, even her ex-husband Kevin Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan expects that she will soon be seeing her sons once again after being "in compliance" with the judge's order.
"I expect that visitation will be reinstated," E! Online quoted Kaplan, as saying.
The attorney added that Spears could see her children before the next scheduled custody hearing on Oct. 26.
Sources close to Federline said that the rapper doesn't want the ‘Toxic’ singer out of the parenting picture.
"Kevin believes it's the only way she'll start paying attention to her responsibilities, by making her feel the consequences of shirking them," a source said.
Both Spears and Federline are due in court on Oct 26 to hear the findings of parenting coach's report and hear any updates from Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon. (ANI)
