Los Angeles - Actress Mischa Barton pled guilty Thursday to drunk driving charges and will serve three years probation and be required to attend a three-month alcohol rehabilitation course.

Barton, 22, will also pay a fine of 1,652 dollars. Barton did not appear in court.
She was arrested on December 27 in West Hollywood after officers spotted her car weaving between two lanes. Police also discovered a stash of marijuana and that the actress been driving with an invalid license. As part of the plea deal with prosecutors, the charges for marijuana possession were dropped.
