Avril Lavigne sells posh Californian mansion to Chris Paul for $8.5mln

Washington, Jan 20 : Avril Lavigne has sold her posh Californian mansion to basketball superstar Chris Paul.
The new Los Angeles Clippers player has paid an estimated 8.5 million dollars (5.3 million pounds) for the Bel Air estate, which the pop singer originally listed for 9.5 million dollars (5.9 million pounds).
According to Tmz. com, the eight-bedroom home features a wine cellar, 10-car garage, gym, sauna and a covered outdoor living room, Contactmusic reported.
The mansion once belonged to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. (ANI)
