London, May 7: Former Spice girl Emma Bunton and her finace Jade Jones have become proud parents of a baby boy.

The famous judge of ‘Dancing on Ice’ gave birth to a ''''beautiful'''' second son named Tate.

“Our beautiful son Tate has arrived safe and sound! We are all so happy and excited. Thanks and love to you all. Xx,” the Daily Mail quoted her as tweeting.

A statement read: “Emma Bunton and Jade Jones are delighted to announce the birth of their second child, a baby boy called Tate.

“He was born on 6 May 2011 and weighed in at 7lbs.

“Both mother and baby are doing well and the family are over the moon and would like to thank everyone for their kind wishes and support,” the statement added.

Tate is a traditional Middle English name, which means, “to be cheerful”. (ANI)
