Britney Spears ordered to attend new deposition in January

Washington, Dec 23: Troubled singer Britney Spears has been ordered to attend a new deposition meeting in January next year.

The singer has been locked in a battle with ex husband Kevin Federline over the custody of their two kids, Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one.
Spears had previously skipped a child custody-related meeting at Federline's lawyer's Los Angeles office earlier this month, saying that she was not able to show up due to an anxiety attack.
But now, Spears has now been told by L.A. Commissioner Scott Gordon to sit for her deposition in the first week of January (08) - or face the consequences.
Meanwhile Federline has invited Britney to celebrate Christmas day with her kids, despite the ongoing legal battle. (ANI)
