Washington, Feb 4 : Charlie Sheen's real estate agent has been sued by Brooke Mueller's mom, who claims that the realtor screwed her out of a commission for a mega-mansion Charlie purchased last year.

According to the lawsuit, Mueller's mom Moira Fiore claims that she was tapped to help Sheen find a new house, but there was a big problem that she's only licensed to sell real estate in Florida and the actor wanted a new estate in L. A.

So Fiore says she engaged the services of uber-realtor Marty Trugman, who promised to give her 25 percent of his commission as a referral fee.

She claims that Sheen bought a 6,999,999 dollar house with the help of Marty, but he never paid her a cent.

"I never promised her a referral fee. She didn't introduce me to Charlie. Brooke did," TMZ quoted Marty as saying. (ANI)
