New York, Aug 29 : American actress Brooke Shields fractured her hand while preparing for a Los Angeles stage show.

The 45-year-old star was preparing for musical "Leap of Faith" when she met with the accident.

"Brooke broke her hand during rehearsal for the musical 'Leap of Faith'. The cast will be off before previews on Sep 11. It was a minor break and did not affect the production schedule," people. com quoted her representative as saying. (IANS)
