London, November 4 : Elisa Schmidt, the burlesque dancer rumoured to be dating Hugh Grant has denied all such claims and said that `there is nothing more than friendship' between them.

The actor has recently become a father after his ex-girlfriend gave birth to a baby girl.

German newspaper Bild first reported on their rumoured relationship. It said that the two had dined at Berlin's celebrity restaurant Borchardt, then walked hand-in-hand across Franzosische Strasse, the top shopping street.

"They then took a taxi and shared hot kisses in the back seat, Bild went on to say.

Schmidt has now denied all the speculation.

"We have come to understand one another very well and have become good friends," the Daily Express quoted her as telling Bild newspaper.

"But there is definitely nothing more than friendship. Now he is in Berlin and invited me to dinner. That is all." she said. (ANI)
