London, July 17 : American actor Nick Cannon has shot down reports that his wife Mariah Carey is expecting their first child.
"Mariah is not pregnant. The timing has to be right. But I can't wait to be a dad!" contactmusic. com quoted Cannon as saying.
Speculation was rife since last month about Carey being pregnant when the singer pulled out from signing a movie project over health concerns. (IANS)
