Charlene L. Tilton (born December 1, 1958) is an American actress. She was born in San Diego, California. Notably, Tilton is 4'11" (1.50 m) tall. She is best known for playing Lucy Ewing, the sly, vixenish, frequently frustrated grand-daughter of Jock Ewing in the popular television series Dallas from 1978 to 1985 and from 1988 to 1990.
