London, Dec 7 : Chris Brown is using the criticism he received after his violent attack on ex-girlfriend Rihanna to turn into a better man.
Brown was arrested and charged with assault and making criminal threats to the "Russian Roulette" singer earlier this year.
In July, he pleaded guilty to the charge of assault and was sentenced to six months hard labour and five years'' probation. He was also asked not to go near Rihanna for the entire period of the punishment.
Although, 10 months have passed and Brown has still not regained the lost public favour, he says he is using the experience to improve himself.
"I think just being not ridiculed, but criticised and scrutinised by a lot of people and being able to see who I am as a person, it''s just shaped me to be a better and stronger young black male," the Daily Express quoted him, as telling TV newswoman Robin Roberts in an interview. (ANI)
