Clooney ready to take back ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ crown from Damon

Washington, Nov 17: Hollywood superstar George Clooney has warned Matt Damon that if he couldn't live up to the responsibilities of the ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ title, he’ll take over the position from him.

Damon defeated Patrick Dempsey and Ryan Reynolds and his Ocean's 13 co-stars Brad Pitt and George Clooney to emerge as the winner in a poll conducted by People magazine.

And, Clooney, who was the previous year’s winner, has made it clear that he is ready to take back the crown in case Damon fails.

"There's a lot of responsibility with this. I believe in the event that he can't serve, the former sexiest man can take over. So if he slips up, I'm ready to take back the crown,” Contactmusic quoted Clooney, as saying.

"When we were lobbying for him earlier (in previous years), I don't think he was ready for it. It takes some maturity. Now I think he can handle the pressure," he added. (ANI
