Melbourne, Jan 17 : Dannii Minogue was accidentally hit in the head by a stray ball on the outside courts of Australia's governing body for Tennis in Melbourne.

Minogue, 40, got into the tennis spirit with her family in tow.

The singer welcomed the Australian Open trophies before gates opened alongside Jim Courier, the Herald Sun reported.

Then she had a hit with some children at the Tennis Australia hot shots outdoor courts, but was whacked by a stray shot or two. (ANI)
