Washington, Nov 9 : ‘Desperate Housewives’ star Eva Longoria is not thrilled about ace soccer David Beckham being part of the hit TV series, because she wants to see his wife Victoria doing the cameo instead.

The Mexican beauty was the first to dispel the rumours that the sports star would be one half of a gay couple when he makes his appearance on the show in the near future.

She said that the British couple were amazing people, and added that she would be more excited to see Victoria joining the cast of the show.

"I'd be more excited if Victoria was joining the cast - I love her. They're an amazing couple - so down to earth and sweet,” Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

Longoria became close friends with the Beckhams since their summer (07) move to Los Angeles. (ANI)
