London, Sep 22 : Actress Halle Berry has broken her foot while filming "Cloud Atlas" in Spain.

The 45-year-old misstepped from stairs while shooting the sci-fi movie which is an adaptation of the novel by David Mitchell by the same name.

According to Tmz. com, Berry was taken to hospital where her foot was put in a cast and she came out on a wheelchair.

The film's directors, Tom Tykwer, Andy Wachowski and Lana Wachowski, are trying to shoot her scenes by filming her from the waist up and using a stunt double.(IANS)
