Jennifer Ellison suffers broken wrist

London, Sep 19 - Actress Jennifer Ellison, known for her role in "Cottage", broke her wrist after falling on stage.
She was forced to pull out of a live performance of the musical "Calendar Girls" at the Sunderland Empire as she hurt herself while trying to stop a piano from toppling over. It happened just 30 minutes before the show.
But next day Ellison returned to the stage in a bright pink cast.
"She is back at work doing the show. Everyone in the business knows that Jennifer is a real trouper and won't let anyone down," contactmusic. com quoted Ellison's spokesperson as saying. (IANS)
