Bollywood’s ravishing beauty Kareena Kapoor has been selected as the cover girl for ‘March 2008’ issue of the Vogue Magazine.

Wearing Dolce & Gabbana creation and with a little help from make-up man Mickey Contractor, Kareena was changed into a princess.

Kareena said, “I love the first look, its Dolce, I think it will be the cover picture, it will be fantastic.”

Priya Tanna, editor of Vogue India, said, “Kareena's performance as Geet in Jab We Met created 2007's most endearing and effervescent Bollywood character by far.”

“She really is in full bloom, with her new success, film, man, body and age suiting her perfectly. Nothing is more stylish or attractive than a woman who embraces each stage of her life with such gusto: She's the quintessential girl of summer,” Tanna added.

“I think it'll be great. I have never done this thing before. Fashion prefers more subtelty and kind of little more hard shoots as there is no typical smiley smiley faces like filmy shoots. So, when we shoot for fashion it is more rustic, there in your face,” Kareena said.
