London, Jan 31: Kate Moss seems to have been on a serious house hunting and selling spree lately.

Despite having suffered a recent burglary and a flooding, she managed to sell her house in St John''''s Wood earlier this month for 10 million pounds, reports the Telegraph.

Just last week, Moss bought a 7.5-million-pound seven-bedroom house in Highgate, where she has reportedly installed bars and a karaoke room.

If reports are to be believed, there is a treat in store for the new owners of the three-bedroom property, with the former next-door neighbours planning a major refurbishment of their house. (ANI)
