Washington, Oct 19 : Katie Holmes has revealed that she is looking forward to embarking on the "next chapter" in her life and travel the world with her five-year-old daughter Suri.

The 32-year-old actress said she is looking forward to taking on new dramatic roles and experiencing new cultures with five-year-old Suri, her child with husband Tom Cruise.

"I feel ready for the next chapter of my life. I'm excited to begin a new phase: roles I might have been afraid to play before, places I want to travel to with my daughter. I'd like to build the design business. But not too fast," Contactmusic quoted her as telling Marie Claire magazine.

The former `Dawson's Creek' star also admitted she is also keen to get rid of her mobile phone and live life in a more "old-fashioned" way.

"I'm thinking about getting rid of [my cell phone]. Wouldn't it be great to have an old-fashioned phone sheet? Go to your office, make your calls, and then continue with your day?" she said. (ANI)
