Kevin Federline's attorneys get set to question Britney Spears

Washington, Dec 12: Britney Spears will be put to the test by ex hubby Kevin Federline’s lawyers in their ongoing custody battle when she undergoes questioning.

The singer is set to give testimony under oath on Wednesday, Dec 12 at the offices of Federline’s attorneys.
A source revealed that the testimony is expected to last no more than one day, reports People magazine, and the Britney is expected to be questioned about her past drug and alcohol use, her alleged failure to follow court orders etc.
Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has already had number of Spears’ former associates, including pal Alli Sims, former manager Larry Rudolph, and former bodyguard Daimon Shippen give their depositions.
Britney will however not be alone at the deposition, for accompanying her will be her legal team lead by Sorrell Trope, and a court stenographer.
The couple are battling over custody of their sons Sean Preston, 2 and Jayden James, 1.
For the moment, Federline has primary physical custody, while Spears has been awarded supervised visitation rights. (ANI)
