London, Jan 14 : Lindsay Lohan is said to be concerned about her model sister Ali’s plummeting weight over recent months.

Former supermodel Janice Dickinson claims Lindsay, 25, expressed her fears to her recently when she bumped into Lohan at a Los Angeles bar.

According to Star magazine, 56-year-old Dickinson said that Lohan told her Ali’s modeling agents were planning to send the 18-year-old overseas for work - and were asking her to lose even more weight.

“Lindsay is horrified,” the Daily Mail quoted Dickinson as telling.

“She doesn’t want Ali going away, but worse still, she doesn’t want her to lose more weight.

“Lindsay was complaining that her sister is being sent off to Asia by her modeling agent.

“She asked me my opinion and I said, “If this agency can’t get Ali some work in this country, what good are they as an American agent? ” she said.

Lindsay is said to have shared her concerns with Dickinson during a chat at celebrity hangout Chateau Marmont in Hollywood on New Year’s Eve. (ANI)
