Washington, Jan 12 : Lindsay Lohan has slammed the paparazzo who filed a lawsuit against her on Wednesday, alleging that a car that the actress was riding in ran over his foot, and called him an ‘opportunist’.

Grigor Baylan, has sued the Mean Girls star, Paola Demara and Tri Star Sports Entertainment, claiming that he has suffered damages in the amount of at least 25k.

Lindsay was a passenger in the car that made a speedy getaway from a club on January 10, 2010.

“Lindsay wasn’t even driving the car. She sees this paparazzo as an opportunist that is trying to make quick money and using her to do so,” RadarOnline. com quoted a source as saying.

“Lindsay is going to vigorously defend herself, and is hopeful that the lawsuit will be dismissed. Lindsay is considering taking legal action against him for naming her in the lawsuit. If this person thinks he is going to be cut a check and paid to go away, he is living on another planet,” the source added. (ANI)
