Washington, Nov 22: Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres told Mariah Carey that she smelled like s’mores.

While welcoming the 37-year-old singer at ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’,

DeGeneres said, "You smell a little like s'mores,” as Carey wore her new signature perfume ‘M’.

To the compliment, the ‘Someday’ hitmaker replied that she didn’t like scents.

"I'm not really a fragrance girl. I don't really like scents. [But, the company] was like, 'We want this to be a representation of you,' " People quoted her, as telling DeGenres.

Carey also told her host that her first-ever fragrance reminded her of ‘little campfire memories’.

"The marshmallow element you smelled before is the top note and was a subliminal thing – just to give you little campfire memories," Carey said. (ANI)
