Washington, Oct 18 : Mel Gibson and his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, who split in June 2010, have been given an extension until November 1st to conclude the custody arrangement of their 23-month-old daughter Lucia.
According to TMZ. com, there is still a disagreement on how to go about the final settlement, which states that the couple will share equal custody of their daughter, with the Hollywood actor paying the Russian-born singer 750,000 dollars.
Judge Peter Lichtman had stated in August that Oksana and Lucia will stay in the home they are currently living in, which was purchased by Mel.
Gibsan, however, is permitted to visit his daughter at any time as long as a designated person accompanies him.
But when Lucia turns 18 the house will be sold with all the proceeds going to her.
The judge has also ruled that the broken couple is not permitted to speak or write about their turbulent relationship. (ANI)
